A Born Innovator
Growing up in South Africa, André always questioned the status quo. While some saw his curiosity as defiance, it was actually the foundation of a lifelong passion for discovery.
At 17, a chance encounter with a prophetess changed everything. She told André that one day, he would become a “businessman for God.” At the time, it seemed impossible—but the words stuck with him.
Years later, a transformative personal awakening guided him toward the wellness industry, where he began selling health technologies door-to-door. Seeing firsthand how these innovations helped people sparked a deeper mission.
Unlocking the Power of the Body
In 2000, at just 26 years old, André stumbled upon a groundbreaking concept—the ability to use controlled oxidative stress to trigger the body’s natural healing response.
But there was a problem:
- Very little research existed at the time.
- Experts were unwilling to share knowledge.
Undeterred, André tracked down doctors and scientists, seeking answers. Some turned him away, but he kept pushing forward.
Eventually, he uncovered something game-changing—a way to deliver oxidative benefits transdermally, through the skin. This led to the first prototype of what would later become HOCATT.
Why This Mission Matters More Than Ever
In 2012, André’s father was diagnosed with a serious illness. Despite his deep belief in HOCATT’s potential, his father chose traditional treatments instead.
André respected his decision-but it strengthened his resolve.

More Than an Inventor
When he’s not revolutionizing wellness, André is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Alena, are raising six energetic kids, ranging from toddler to teen.
“My greatest success isn’t in technology-it’s in helping others live their best lives. That includes my family, my friends, and the entire HOCATT community.”
